In the course of a walk, participants can follow in the footsteps of a young girl acting as a messenger for the Maquis Camille, who will relate, along 8 points on the Memorial Routes, what she knows about the maquis groups and the events she has witnessed or heard about. The e-walk includes audio testimonies from two great Resistance figures in the Morvan; Jean Longhi, known as “Grandjean”, departmental leader of the maquis groups in Nièvre, and Dr Prochiantz, surgeon for the maquis.
Walkers with a mobile device will have access to a GPS guidance system providing multimedia information all along the route.
Tablets are provided to those who do not have their own device, for the duration of the walk, by Lormes Tourist Office.
